A major part of online reviewing is done just done on everyday products, but on tourism and hospitality. Restaurants, hotels, bars, activities, sights, museums and locations are reviewed by huge amounts of people. And we can say quite generally: those reviews are read by huge amounts of people. More importantly: they use those reviews to decide whether to visit those places.
